Dr Jauad El Kharraz, an SASTA member, contributed to several activities related to research and development (R&D) status in the Arab world. Below, we share with you a few of them.

Dr Jauad El Kharraz gave an informative interview with the Arab States Research and Education Network (ASREN) where he gave insights on the founding of the Arab World Association of Young Scientists (ArabWAYS), of which he was an integral part, the services ArabWAYS provides to empower young Arab scientists, ArabWAYS’s future, and his inspirational advice to young Arab scientists. Dr El Kharraz gave another insightful webinar with the Arab Network of Science Journalism, accompanied by Dr Rasha El-Ibiary who is an Assistant Professor of Political Communication at Future University, Egypt.
